@samsdailybites: “Easy recipe of the day ❤️”. Creamy Garlic Parmesan Shrimp Seafood Roll-Ups 🍤🧄🧀Ingredients 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined 4 large soft rolls or 6–8 slices of crescent dough 3 tbsp butter 4 cloves garlic, minced 4 oz cream cheese, softened ½ cup heavy cream ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp Italian seasoning ½ tsp paprika Salt and black pepper, to taste 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley 1 tbsp lemon juice Instructions 1. Cook the shrimp: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season the shrimp with paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Remove and chop into bite-sized pieces. 2. Make the creamy garlic sauce: Melt butter in the same skillet. Add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds. Stir in cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth. 3. Add the cheese: Mix in Parmesan, mozzarella, Italian seasoning, and lemon juice. Stir until creamy and melted. 4. Add the seafood: Fold the cooked shrimp into the sauce and sprinkle with parsley. 5. Fill the roll-ups: Spoon the creamy shrimp mixture into soft rolls, or place it onto crescent dough and roll up securely. If using crescent dough, seal the edges well. 6. Bake: For dough roll-ups, place on a baking sheet and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–18 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. For pre-baked bread rolls, fill them and bake for 5–8 minutes until heated through and the cheese is bubbly. 7. Serve: Garnish with extra Parmesan and parsley. Serve warm with garlic butter or a fresh lemon wedge. Tip: You can add crab meat or chopped lobster to make these extra-special seafood roll-ups.
