I understand the pain and loss you are going through as I have also lost my daughter to a tragic accident she was walking and struck by a truck at the age of 16 by a teenager going 45 miles an hour. there was an investigation and there was no impairments. unfortunately for the 16 year old boy who struck her has to live with this for the rest of his life. my daughter is in a better place and I have accepted the fact it was an accident and you should too or your not going to live. your son would want you to move on and live your life I understand you want justice but how can you get justice by trying to punish someone for a tragic accident there is no justice in that. im sorry for your loss its horrible but the end results aren't going to change just because that child is still alive and yours isn't. The best justice you can get is to get help for yourself to learn to cope with your loss.

I’m hearing you out, but I think the lady that commented that means do you want to take the future he has away from him because of the mistake he made at such a young age. Yeah the mistake costed somebody their life but he has to live with that for his whole life.
