i don’t think he was in love with her. but i do think he was trying to figure her out and that puzzle drew him in. he wasn’t fooled but he was intrigued by her more than he thought he would be.

I think it was interesting that Billy made a point of Liz being in better shape, when he looked noticeably worse after two years. It feels like Nathan showing the full frontal scene was meant to be a stark contrast to a more bloated unhealthy looking Billy.

Can we talk about her subtle if sometimes barely perceptible but always present head nodding when in a conversation? It's a very adept manipulation tactic that she uses to lead you into agreeing with her OR make you feel she's agreeing with you.

I agree with you and I watched another creator on here named Ian Thinks that makes the point that the scene where Nathan debates if she was lying when she said “can” ties into the title “You Can See Everything”… the question is, can you really see everything? or that you could, but it depends on how you interpret it and how the story is told. I’m so fascinated by this movie too

It was an interesting movie but Nathan was way too present in it and it took me out of the story for a good bit of it. So heading maybe this is a satire makes sense because it was a bad documentary

Yes! Everyone can be a character they create (like the quote that was so contested). He too made a character and blurred those lines for the viewers. I found myself unable to sort out which version of all people in the film was real and which was the character they created. And that’s the fun of the art! Elizabeth Holmes was just an ideal starting point for that topic.
