My husband and his brother are very strong guys. I had one on either side pressing as hard as they could and it was the only thing that helped 😭

I literally yelled at my husband to apply pressure on my left hip that was the only thing to help pain not even the epidural helped. I totally agree with this!!

My husband said he was so sore the next day! He was so scared that I kept telling him to put more pressure he felt like he was going to break me but it was literally perfect for those contractions!!

My husband did hip squeezes during my 3rd labor which was the longest labor I’ve had so far, and it was the ONLY thing that helped!! So amazing.

I was standing forward leaning over a sink and ground my hips up into my partners who was behind me and it genuinely took away 80% of the pain of the contraction. That with the hot water of the shower was perfect and all i needed to get to transition

My husband tried this once during my first labour and I swatted his hands away! I can’t even remember why it felt so bad but I didn’t like it at all. I’m giving birth again in two weeks so interested to try again and see.

My bouncy ball thingy OH yeah yoga ball I used it many many weeks during my pregnancy and it genuinely helped wiggle her down and opened everything up down there during my 37 week appointment I was already 3cm dilated
