FYI OSHA strictly prohibits the use of pvs pipes for compressed air or gasses due to the shrapnel it creates when it fails. So, hopefully thats not PVC.

This is a good start but I couldn't deal with seeing the pipe through the balloons. I'd have to add more smaller balloons to hide it. But it would definitely save me a lot of time!

I was sold until I saw you have to buy their balloons and it was $150 for enough balloons for a traditional arch 😭 I would love if they found a way for the self sealing pieces somehow be inserted into any balloon!
