I think it’s user error. I read the entire manual when I bought mine, clean the funnel after every 4th bottle, and deep clean the entire machine and calibrate it again every 3-4 weeks. I’ve tested it with the baggy several times and it dispenses it correctly every single time.

I tested mine this morning, read the entire manual before I set it up and it’s on the correct setting for similac 360 total. It’s short changing me formula. It should be dispensing 1 scoop to every 2 ounces of water and for a 2 oz bottle mines dispensing half a scoop of formula and for a 4 oz bottle it was only dispensing 1 scoop. I went out and bought a pitcher to batch my formula now

We have one and never had an issue. The manual has a QR code for the different types of formula for the machine. My husband read the entire manual for this and if you just put any formula in it, it won’t work. Please use QR code before using. 💕

not totally related but I worked at a daycare once and the momma didn't make her baby's bottle correctly and I never could get her to understand how bad that much water is bad for baby's kidneys. 😳
