2002 - $70k in Ohio with 3 of the 4 basement walls caving in. I could stick my whole hand into some of the joints in the cinder blocks. Had it fixed in the first weekend thanks to 3 of my buddies and my dad bringing over his mini excavator. . Sold it 3 years later for $125k.
