@hollarootrite: Appalachian Conjure Spell Oils in link in bio. DM to book ritual work or reading 🌙. bought turnips. And I bought brand new crystals. For the same full moon 🖤 History lesson real quick, Turnips are the original jack-o-lantern. Before pumpkins ever came to America, folks in Ireland and Scotland carved faces into turnips on Samhain. They put them on the porch to scare off what don't belong at the door, they were warding off wandering spirits so they could keep the house safe on the night the veil is thin. When folks came here to the mountains, they brought that with them, turnips not pumpkins. That's the old magic. That's granny magic. And these crystals, they are new magic to ME. Not new to the world 😂I ain’t charged or named them. Never been on my porch or window before. They've never had a job yet. So tonight, under this full moon, I'm putting them both out. Old magic and new magic don't cancel each other out. They hold the same door. Turnip on the porch or windows to scare off what don't belong. Crystal in the window to charge for protection or whatever else I use them for. Same porch. Same door. Same job. What are you putting on your porch tonight, turnips, crystals, or both? 👇 #folkmagic #conjure #witchcraft101 #witchcrafttips #fullmoonritual
