🍔🥓 Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Potato Soup! 🥔🧀 All the flavors of a bacon cheeseburger in a warm, creamy, cheesy bowl of soup! This hearty dinner is perfect for a chilly fall evening and makes enough to feed the whole family! 🍂 (Inspired by @Caitlyn! ❤️ I just made a few tweaks!) Ingredients: * ½ lb bacon, diced * 1 lb ground beef * 1 onion, chopped * 1 cup diced carrots * 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced * ¼ cup flour * 4½ cups chicken broth * 1½ cups whole milk * 8 oz cream cheese, softened * 1 cup shredded cheddar * 1 cup shredded mozzarella * 1 tsp each salt, garlic powder & paprika * ½ tsp black pepper Directions: 1. Cook bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving drippings in the pot. 2. Sauté onion and carrots, then add ground beef. Season with half the spices and cook until browned. 3. Drain some grease, stir in flour, and cook for 1–2 minutes. 4. Add chicken broth and potatoes. Cover and simmer 20–25 minutes until tender. 5. Mash some potatoes to thicken. Reduce heat to low and stir in milk, softened cream cheese, cheddar, and mozzarella until creamy. 6. Add remaining seasonings and most of the bacon. 7. Remove from heat and let rest for 10 minutes. Top with extra bacon and cheese! 🥣 Serves 6–8 A delicious, filling meal made with simple ingredients! ❤️ #LoadedPotatoSoup #EasyDinnerIdeas #FamilyMeals #BudgetFriendlyMeals #SoupSeason
