My biceps don't care about tier lists, they care about hard work! But if you’re curious, here’s my take on the top 5 bicep exercises: 5. Dumbbell Curl - 1/10 (Only really good for the average person. There are better options.) 4. Hammer Curl - 4/10 (Not amazing, not terrible. Pretty mid.) 3. Preacher Curl - 6/10 (Good range of motion and directly hits the bicep, but still not the absolute best.) 2. Bayesian Curl - 8/10 (This one is so underrated and fun to do!
