Seriously though, Cousins is doing great. He’s statistically near the top at all crucial categories. He’s not mobile, and that’s unfortunate, but hear me out-HE SHOULDN’T HAVE TO BE. O-Line needs some help, and the defense gave up just shy of 200 rushing yards to two running backs, and couldn’t stop an injured Puca Nacua with almost no other options to throw to. This was a sad showing. Cousins is doing everything he can to keep this team competitive and his play is not to blame.

It’s not his fault tho. The offensive line has this man scrambling all the time and don’t get me started with the defense. If you start Mendoza, he’d get wrecked out there.

KIRKO it ain’t you! How can Mendoza fix the TEAM? It’s the same team you’re playing with and you have been doing amazing! The team needs fixing! Our running game and defense (the secondary) SUCKS! Putting Mendoza in without fixing issues will just make him look like shit or get him hurt because he’s young and eager and he will make wreck-less plays to try and carry the team on his back! We don’t need him injured!

The only reason you would start Mendoza is trying to get him game time experience. which you do not need to do at this moment I think the best option for the Raiders is to still ride with Kirk
