Unforseen Consequences :
Without enacting article V and modifying the wording to accept certain infringements, it's unconstitutional. Government needs to stop being so lazy and skirting around laws. We're not allowed to break laws nor should they be allowed to. There is a process. They just chose to infringed instead.
