"artists dont spawn out of nowhere" is a strawman. not everyone uploads everything on one account. plenty of people want consistency in their content, so they make a new account and choose not to link their other accounts for several possible reasons, the main being they are happy with the art style they stuck with and none of it is on there anyways. also none of your examples are "uncanny".
