@fesi777: DJ Vlad Reacts to JAY-Z’s Latest SoFi Stadium Show, Saying the Concert Was Solid but the Finale Didn’t Hit 👀 JAY-Z brought his JAŸ-Z30 celebration to a sold-out SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles on October 23, delivering a set packed with classics from his legendary catalog. The show featured tracks like “Hovi Baby,” “Izzo (H.O.V.A.),” “Run This Town,” “Hard Knock Life,” “Dirt Off Your Shoulder,” “99 Problems” and “Empire State of Mind.” The night also had some special moments. JAY-Z brought his daughter Blue Ivy Carter onstage to play piano during “The Story of O.J.” and “Dead Presidents.” He paid tribute to the late Nipsey Hussle by incorporating elements of “Hussle & Motivate” into “Hard Knock Life” and “Last Time I Checc’d” into “On to the Next One.” Scarface also made a surprise appearance to perform “This Can’t Be Life” and the Geto Boys classic “Mind Playing Tricks on Me.” 🎤 But DJ Vlad had a different take on the ending. Hov closed the show with “God Did,” joined onstage by DJ Khaled and John Legend. Vlad said the concert was solid overall, but felt the final song was one nobody knew and that the DJ Khaled appearance didn’t land with the crowd. For context, “God Did” is the 2022 DJ Khaled collaboration featuring JAY-Z, John Legend and other artists — not a John Legend solo track. Whether the finale worked or not is up for debate, but the concert had plenty of major moments before the closing performance. Was DJ Vlad right about the ending, or was “God Did” a fitting way to close a night celebrating JAY-Z’s legacy? #JAYZ #DJVlad #DJKhaled #HipHop #hiphop
