@gamereactions1: 🚨 Marc Cucurella on his conversation with Lamine Yamal during Real Madrid vs Barcelona: 🗣️ Cucurella: “At one point, Lamine started complaining about the way I was defending him. I told him, ‘What do you expect me to do, give you a free road to the goal?’ “He laughed and said, ‘You know you can’t stop me all game.’ “I replied, ‘I don't need to stop you all game. I only need to stop you when it matters.’ “Later, when he tried to get past me again, I won the ball and told him, ‘That’s another one.’ “He looked at me and said, ‘Keep counting. I’ll get you eventually.’ “I told him, ‘Make sure you do, because I’m not planning to make it easy.’ “Honestly, I enjoy playing against him. He’s confident, he’s fearless, and he never hides when things get difficult. But I wanted him to understand that talent alone doesn't guarantee you anything. “After one of our exchanges, he told me I was lucky. I just smiled and said, ‘If you keep losing the ball to me, you'll need a better excuse.’ “He laughed, but we both knew it was competitive. There was no hatred between us. We were just trying to get the better of each other. “That’s football. He wanted to beat me, and I wanted to make sure he couldn't. Maybe he'll get his revenge next time, but today, I made him work for every single metre.”#Hypic #realmadrid #barcelona #fanbase #semu
