Brian Heron Peterborough Paedophile Child Sex Offender In 2019, the Offender Database recorded that Brian Heron, 72, was sentenced to 15 years in prison for the "vile" sexual abuse of a boy that occurred more than 30 years ago. On appearing at Cambridge Crown Court on 8 August 2019, the defendant, of London Road, Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, was jailed after being found guilty of five counts of indecent assault and two counts of rape. It was reported that Heron "reprehensibly" targeted an eight-year-old boy in 1980, initiating a "grim" catalogue of abuse that lasted for five years. The investigation established the "monstrous" and manipulative nature of Heron’s conduct.
