Gradual has been the cod default since call of duty came out. Instant is making you get your ads sens the second you start aiming in so when you’re also aiming out it’s counting it as aiming in = slower ads speed. Making the turn slower till you fully aim out.

It’s all due to that dumb hold your breath to focus setting being on auto cause I noticed when we zoom in we are holding our breath when ads.
