if I was a millionaire I wouldn't be one cause I'd be giving most of my money to charities. I want to live a comfortable life where I don't have to worry about how I'm going to eat or pay rent, but the idea of having that much money terrifies me. I think having that much money rots you from inside, it makes you greedy and evil and I do not want to be like that

what I'd actually do? crash the housing market id build apartment buildings for as cheap as I could while still being a nice place to live, then I'd sell it off with the goal of breaking even, not to make money. I'd even look into a down-payment like plan for them. rinse and repeat until the housing crisis is looking better

nah I would build infrastructure in my area. good roads, public transportation, pay for good medical care for all and build low rent apartment flats. ofc I would buy myself 2 houses too and donate some for things I find important
