@backintheplus27: A failed plea deal involving Cat Matlala has brought new details into the Madlanga Commission story. A leaked affidavit reportedly contains claims about payments, property and alleged links to police officials, including Shadrack Sibiya and Rachel Matjeng. The proposed plea deal was rejected as too lenient, and Matlala withdrew from the agreement. #madlanga #corruption #saps #southafrica #matlala
