@kumparan: Mantan Bupati Gowa, Sitti Husniah Talenrang, ditahan penyidik Kortas Tipikor Polri dalam kasus dugaan pemerasan, gratifikasi, dan tindak pidana pencucian uang (TPPU) terkait pengurusan perizinan di Kabupaten Gowa periode 2025-2026. Kepala Bagian Operasional Kortas Tipikor Polri Kombes Pol Ahmad Yusuf Afand mengatakan, penahanan dilakukan setelah Sitti menjalani pemeriksaan sebagai tersangka pada Senin (26/10). “Setelah pemeriksaan, penyidik melakukan penahanan terhadap Saudari HT untuk kepentingan penyidikan,” kata Yusuf dalam keterangannya, Senin (26/10). Sitti ditahan selama 20 hari, terhitung sejak 26 Oktober hingga 14 November 2026, di Rumah Tahanan Polda Sulawesi Selatan. Perkara ini ditangani melalui penyidikan bersama oleh Kortas Tipikor Polri, Ditreskrimsus Polda Sulawesi Selatan, dan Satreskrim Polresta Gowa. Penyidik menerapkan Pasal 12 huruf e dan/atau Pasal 12B Undang-Undang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi, juncto Pasal 20 huruf c dan Pasal 126 KUHP Nasional.
