@emilylyoness1: I believe people can change. I believe in second chances. And I know that sometimes the thought of losing someone makes us realize what we’ve taken for granted. But I also think it’s worth asking why the possibility of losing someone suddenly makes us willing to give them what they’ve been asking for all along. Maybe he’s finally ready. I genuinely hope so. But there’s a difference between choosing someone because you want a future with them and choosing them because you can’t bear the thought of someone else having one. And please remember, there’s another person in this story. A man who agreed to a date in good faith, without knowing he was about to become the reason somebody else’s ex proposed. I hope everyone involved gets the love they deserve. ❤️
