mybru it's the ppl inside capitec that do this nonsense something happen to me also now a while back and now u must know I hardly use my card I buy onetime and withdraw everything I only leave money in my fixed savings somehow they open that savings took 4500 out the rest I sent to my frwd because they took bit by bit and after that I changed my bank to discovery and fnb and I am very happy no problems at all

it happened to me they bought the voucher via zapper I logged the case with Capitec and the ombudsman I was reimbursed 5500 rand in June follow the process and send an email with all attachments to the ombudsman as well because you did not authorise anything on the app
