When you enter Croatia with forengin licence plates, you can stay there 6 months total, BUT if past 6 months you will pay every day behind that 6 months, also they can take your car as well. They have all in sistem when you enter, how long you stay etc.. My husband didnt know that so they took his car and he must pay money... So when pay clear customs and everything what law say, they back him car and now he can ride car on licence plates without any problem. Many people that dont know so get hight penalty.
