@barclaymountaincompany: We saw a big crowd and had to check it out. Turns out half the town was celebrating! The hospital, a retirement home, and the churches around the Green all joined in with trick-or-treating, and the Baptist church had games from pumpkin rolling to tic tac toe. Small towns do Halloween right. #BarclayMountain #WellsboroPA #TiogaCountyPA #Halloween #TrickOrTreat #SmallTownHalloween #CommunityEvent #FallInPA #SmallTownPA #Halloween2026
