Sometimes when we’re upset, it’s easy to focus only on the other person: “You never listen.” “You always make it my fault.” “You don’t understand me.” But growth happens when we pause and look within. 🌿 Looking in sounds like: “Let me check my tone.” “What am I really feeling?” “Maybe I need to listen too.” “How can we understand each other better?” Self-reflection doesn’t mean ignoring your feelings. It means making space for accountability, calmness, and better communication.
