Lol I was more offended by the floor than the pole. 😆

Hey wait what is the issue with glossy paint? My house is all matte except the kitchen and I hate it. It shows any ding or mark and if I try and wash it the paint just comes off along with the dirt. I really wish I had semi gloss at least in the hallways, bathrooms, and dining. Is that paint gloss as opposed to semi gloss? Agree it needs to be repainted for sure though.

This reminds me of when my moms second ex husband (not my dad, my dad was the og) was court ordered to sell their marital house and he did everything in his power to sabotage the sale so in multiple listing photos there was empty/half drank bottles of liquor on the floor and counters. In the kitchen photo the garbage can was so full it was spilling on the floor

this reminds me of when we were looking for our home, we found one with a weird listing that had been on the market on and off for a long time, our agent told us that she had found out part of his divorce agreement was that he had to list the house for sale. Not sell it, that was his loophole, just list it... so he did everything he could to comply but not actually sell the house
