South Buffalo is not what it used to be. I grew up there, the out of town landlords don’t address property needs. The kids being raised have zero community respect or knowledge. The opioid epidemic has hit that area so hard, I can see someone every other block that is strung out. I love diversity in any area I think it brings a ton of positive impact.
