@theeurbanreporter: Mental illness is REAL, and our mental well-being is far more fragile than many of us realize. The truth is, it could be any one of us. No one is immune to experiencing a mental health crisis, regardless of their status, success, or circumstances. Mental illness is not a joke, and ignoring the signs doesn’t make the problem disappear. We need more compassion, more understanding, and less ridicule. Today it’s someone else. Tomorrow it could be you, me, or someone we love. That’s why we must extend the same grace we would hope to receive. I choose compassion over controversy. Because when you know better, you do better. ❤️ Protect your peace, protect your mind, and remember that humanity should always come before entertainment. theeurbanreporter 🕊️ #MentalHealthAwareness #jamaicantiktok🇯🇲viral #caribbeantiktok #kryssii1
