My wife’s son had a house built. Found out it was out of square so much that one corner hung over 3 inches and the opposite corner set in that 3 inches. That was to square the house on that foundation. And he paid $22,000 for that joke.

My block foundation was just finished and the skid loader dude back filling the electric line trench took it upon himself to back fill my foundation thinking he was doing me a favor. You don’t backfill a block foundation before the framing is completed. I was not happy with the horizontal crack in my new foundation wall!
