I have raised concerns about two cloud drives containing information about me, my personal life, and members of my family. You have been repeatedly told that your conduct toward me is unwanted. So when I learned you were back on TikTok, I sent you a formal cease-and-desist notice making my position unmistakably clear. STAY AWAY FROM ME. No contact. No monitoring. No recording. No using my content to continue unwanted activity directed toward me. And what happens next? My actual correspondence to you, including my name, appears in yet another animated cupcake video published by Christine Heeren. Now, Joann, here’s my question. How exactly did the email I sent YOU end up in HER video? And what was that supposed to accomplish? Did someone think handing my correspondence to the big, bad schoolyard bully would somehow intimidate me into silence? Because if that was the idea, somebody seriously misunderstood the assignment. I have every right to advocate, speak publicly, and continue my work without being subjected to unwanted attention from people I’ve repeatedly asked to leave me alone. And let’s be clear: I am not claiming to know exactly how Christine obtained that email. But I am certainly entitled to question how correspondence sent directly to you wound up being displayed in her content. A cease-and-desist notice is not an invitation to turn my boundaries into entertainment. I’m not interested in your social media games. I’m interested in being left alone.
