@reikimatt: Tap the link in my bio and I’ll send you my free 10 minute guided meditation, The Sacred Gateway, straight to your DMs. 🦊🍂 The evil eye 🧿 is an old belief, and it is a simple one. A jealous or envious look can stick to you, and suddenly you feel heavy, tired, unlucky, or like something is watching you, even when nothing obvious has changed. People have tried to clear it in a lot of ways over the years. Prayers, salt, cleansing rituals, protective charms, and good old fashioned rest and grounding, all with the same idea underneath, get what is not yours off of you. What I do is Reiki, and it starts with permission. Nothing can stay attached to your energy without it. I clear what you are carrying that is not yours, I close your field to interference, and I help you come back to your own energy, clean and whole. Remember, you are a sovereign being. Nothing can touch you unless you allow it. 🧿 I am live every weekday 10 to 3 Eastern on Twitch as MattGangi, first hour Reiki, guided meditation, and spiritual teaching, then games. :) #Reiki #EvilEye #EnergyProtection #ReikiHealing #Sovereignty
