The biscuit might be Southern American rather than New York, but it’s as authentic as it gets. A recipe brought over from the States by the one and only Chef Dan and I’m so glad they’ve added it to the menu. It is incredible. Then there’s the hot dog, New York style, with mustard and sauerkraut. Nothing more, nothing less. They have three options but this is how you have it the REAL NEW YORK WAY 🤌 You can even double up for 75 AED but I had something else on my mind. Chef Dan’s New York-style buttermilk pancakes (59 AED), which I swear tasted even better this time. Definitely my favourite in the city 🥞 📍 Hudson & Rye, DIFC
