@c4news: Brazil's left-wing President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva has been re-elected to a fourth term in office, although his right-wing rival Flavio Bolsonaro has refused to accept the result. Both sides had asked for voting hours to be extended because of torrential rain and huge delays to public transport.
