I tried the Eucerin Thiamidol product for like 9 MONTHS and it made no headway in my stubborn melasma. One month into Cyspera (lord is it funky smelling) and my hyperpigmentation is already better. Expensive but worth it! 👏👏👏👏👏

I recommend chemical peels specifically Vi precision plus and tretinoin and Rx azaleic acid. Sometimes OTC will not do anything for deep hyperpigmentation.
