@parenthoodunboxed: Follow @parenthoodunboxed Playtime with Dad can give your child practice with big feelings. A chase or playful wrestle brings excitement, limits and chances to pause when things get too rough. Dad, your role includes noticing those moments, respecting “stop,” and showing how to settle down. You don't have to be perfect. Being present and responsive gives your child something to learn from. Follow @parenthoodunboxed #parenting #fatherhood #emotionalregulation
What if the male is a liberal? Is the child better off with just a single mum or stick with the 2x mums?

Ummmm, there are many mothers that provide no soothing or nurturing at all. Let’s stop that destructive myth.

I agreed with almost everything she said. But men don’t see women as competition. It’s only feminist women who want to compete with men.

This so ridiculous, because as a single mother and not by choice was able to do birth for my two sons and two daughters. I said not by choice, because my husband their father was unalived in November 13,1999 and I was left to raise four small children by myself. Many households with abusive father’s is the exact opposite having children living in dysfunctional households causing great harm and trauma to their children. This also goes for mothers who do the same.

It is very important to give children a mother and a father. But in the event that that is not possible the other parent is fully capable of presenting both sides correctly. it's not impossible by any means but it is easier on the family dynamic and on the parents if there are 2. A single mother or father is no less capable of correctly raising children on their own. Just like breast milk is ideal but formula can do the same job at its core.

sorry but children just need parents it doesn't matter their gender they just need loving people who will lead by example. I grew up in an abusive two parent house hold mom and dad. I didn't turn out horrible but it would have been better if the man wasn't there. I do believe that two parents is best so they have each other but one parent can do just as much. what we really need is our villages. a lot of us don't have families so we need our friend groups so we can lean on each other when we are having a hard time.
