@ellsworthworks: Our founder recently stopped by Phoenix Indian Medical Center to share why Ellsworth exists. Every position we fill is for somebody’s relative. When an IHS or tribal facility is short a nurse or a doctor, appointments get pushed, elders drive farther, and families wait longer. Those empty shifts land on Native communities and on Our Relatives. That’s why we approach staffing with care. Ellsworth is a Native owned, ISBEE certified small business, so IHS and tribal facilities can partner with us under the Buy Indian Act. We recruit culturally competent clinicians who respect Native ways of knowing. We deliver audit ready candidate packages so Contracting Officers can move quickly with confidence. And our recruiting network supports more than 50 IHS and tribal facilities, from Phoenix, Chinle and Shiprock to Cheyenne River, Pine Ridge and Gallup. If you’re a Contracting Officer looking for a dependable staffing partner, or a clinician who wants your work to make a difference in Indian Country, we’d love to hear from you. Read more on how Ellsworth supports IHS Contracting Officers and clinicians across 50+ facilities nationwide: https://ellsworth.solutions/ihs-medical-staffing-native-owned-ellsworth/ #IndianHealthService #NativeOwned #ISBEE #BuyIndianAct #TribalHealth

sometimes natives who never use the facilities for decades bc they b have their own private insurance thru their employers don't know or don't have information when processes change within IHS. until you need IHS you get tossed here and there for assistance and not ALL debts are helpful. Even some Dr's aren't helpful.... the stories I've received are "we are short staffed. that's so-n-so job"..... so maybe understanding the "outsider" n having better customer service would be helpful

What about that hospital not getting back to me for mis diagnosing me back in December. All I can say is I am glad there wasn't a neurosurgeon onsite. No call back or even taking accountability for what they did wrong. The neurologist there as well back in the mid 2000s also treated me for Siezures when I never had them ..Took years after I was in her car didbi leave and get whole new health care team .Who I was told I need brain surgery.....Some hospital..... Wanted to give me brain surgery when I didn't need it and didn't give it when I did need it...SMH
