I needed help moving on. Thankfully, karma took over….after chasing him (an avoidant) like a lost puppy, he recently was admitted into a psych(1-week) ward, and 2-months later was terminated from his job. Now I’m not craving his affection.

Mine began with a long email out of the blue. Outlining how she was concerned about how I was not fitting in to our new married life. A long list reasons why I apparently wasn’t happy even though I was actually very happy. 🤷 she asked me to thoughtfully respond to each item. I realize now she was deactivating - the marriage was already over. I just didn’t know it.

Please learn to think and feel for yourself people. Go inward and think, how do I feel about that. How is my body feeling. Am I feeling tense or guilt or something not right. Pay attention to this when you are dealing with people. If they give you the dysfunction tingles. Its time to remove yourself. Don't concentrate on them. Believe yourself.
