You might think I’m crazy but check your vitamin D levels. It might sound simple but low levels can make you feel the way you’re describing. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼. I don’t have a colon and part of my small intestine are removed. I have felt what you’re describing twice. It was my vitamin D levels 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Have they checked your iron? Just me taking gerd medication prevents me from absorbing it orally so I have to do infusions. When it’s low even just my ferritin I can’t get up at all. Id assume surgery would probably lower it even more.

Please work with a Registered Dietician (RD) who can work with your doctors. Unfortunately doctors are not trained enough in this area. You likely need a full nutrition panel run looking at micro/macro nutrient levels (vitamin/mineral/protein levels, etc). There are likely many deficiencies contributing to extreme fatigue levels. Low ferritin/iron, B12/folate, so many areas need to be looked into which are absolutely fixable and can help improve how you’re feeling.
