WWM 1v1 PvP | Tenacity Is a System Problem, Not a Player Problem. Tenacity probably sounded good on paper, but its implementation in 1v1 PvP leaves a lot to be desired. I’m not blaming players for using the mechanics available to them. My issue is with a system that seems to use tenacity to compensate for shortcomings in combat design rather than creating meaningful interactions between players. Sometimes tenacity lasts far too long, removing opportunities to counter or punish moves where it should reasonably be possible. I’m not against tenacity existing, but it needs better balance, clearer limitations, and meaningful counterplay. A solid MMO PvP system should reward timing, reactions, and decision-making, not excessive protection from interruption. What do you think? Is tenacity helping or holding it back? #WhereWindsMeet #WWM #wherewindsmeetgame #wwmpvp #pvp
