My mother in law doesn't have a cat. We do. One weekend, she was staying over and was going to cook chicken. Left it to unfreeze inside the sink. When we walk past each other I asked her. "Mother (I call her that) have you closed the kitchen door? I know you're not used to it but we have a cat and she will totally eat the chicken if you're not supervising". And she said "Oh, yeah, I remembered to close the kitchen door". Half an hour later, I went into the kitchen. When I opened the door, the cat jumped down from the countertop, licking its whiskers. The legs and half the breast were gone. I screamed from the kitchen "Mother? You closed the kitchen didn't you?" "Yeah" "Well you closed it with the cat inside". We laughed pretty hard and then I ordered takeaway. [Innocent][Big LOL]
