I think we buy so much because we are searching for our soul plant? I’m drawn to alocasia tiny dancer for some reason and the good old spider plant.

Saaaaame. I ended up getting burnt out on keeping up with over 100 plants and let them all die a couple of years ago. This time I'm only getting the ones I really love and focusing on them.

I’m only buying the ones I love like begonias, monsteras, Syngoniums ooh la la🥰😍 zz and snake plants oh and I don’t want to forget to add my pink princess, white princess, white knight and white wizard philodendrons😍 . I’ve gotten a couple free plants and I gave one away and kept the other two little Matilda Hoya I kept and I just got a purple waffle plant, idk about her. I couldn’t just throw a plant away but I’d try to give/ gift it away first lol.

I'm a new plant collector and I've got 15 right now. I'm learning from folks w huge collections, I don't want the jungle, and most of my plants are small, I want to really take care of and grow the ones I've got 🥰
