Meetings are on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday only. Monday & Friday are flexible hours days with the option to work from home. 18 paid days off per year no matter if they are sick days, vacation days, etc. Any time off 4 hrs or less can be made up within 14 days. Travel days are added to time off days. Lunch is 1 hr 15 mins. Pizza parties are not compensation. All employees benefit from profit sharing. Holiday parties are not mandatory. Deliverables are more important than appearing to work hard. The work day ends at 5pm, and staying over is not seen as loyalty but rather a need to address work loads. Zoom calls do not come with a “Cameras On” requirement unless it is a client’s preference. Manager training includes how to build a cohesive team & reward them for great work. Habitual lateness will require mandatory rescheduling of hours. Abuse of the system or workplace environment is an admission that the employee no longer wants to be employed here (they fired themselves). - Signed Ideal HR
