Midwives shouldn’t be telling you to push - or force push. The role of a midwife is to gently guide you through the natural process. Your body knows what to do. It’s important to allow that process play out.

antes de que naciera mi hijo me dijo que cuando fuera a tener a mi bebé me tranquilizarla, y pujara, que jamás gritara, porque pujando salía más rápido el bebé y si gritaba lo que yo hacía era estresarme y estresar el bebé. le hice caso y lo aplique con con mis dos hijos y la demora fue dilatar que rápido salieron.
