You see, I originally practiced the Umbanda religion, and due to life circumstances, I had to distance myself from it, returning to Hellenism, which was A very important source of faith during my adolescence. I needed to hear all of this. terribly. I have been... more distant from the gods lately and I've needed and wanted to reconnect with them. I am highly people pleaser. I try to be positive all the time, as much as I can, and it is truly exhausting. I write as a form of release for much of the negative emotions I often suppress, but even that has been difficult recently. I needed this. Has/does Apollo have advice for those of us dealing with chronic illnesses that take a lot from us? I have ME and have lost a lot of myself to it and find myself always struggling to find peace or joy because of limitations in my own body. Does he have any advice- ot has he ever given any- on how to deal with that? Like the grief and sadness of losing oneโs ability and being able to find peace when it feels like there never will be any? Thatโs where ive been stuck. I want to feel the negative emotions too- not ignore them, but it feels like theyโre the only thing here because Iโve lost so much of myself to my chronic illnesses and disabilities. Im not sure if he would be the best to ask if you havenโt already, so it can be to anyone who would want to answer if asked/nf

I have not finished the video yet (kept crying) but I feel the need to share. This came at an uncannily good time and I have been hoping since I first found your video on Hermes talking about how Gods are meant to be accessible to humans that you'd interview Apollo too (this was kinda part of why I started worshipping Apollo cause he is my first thought whenever I interact with anything with a small connection to greek mythology) and to think that the day and time would come when I am at some of the lowest times in my life is just incredible. I'm gonna save this video and come back to it when I feel more emotionally stable or I'll be here all day otherwise ๐ Thank you for doing what you do Raine! Wow Apollo... That is exactly what I needed to hear today after a love one overstepped a serious boundary for the second time. I struggle with choosing myself in these sort of situations. I feel pulled towards shrinking my needs to maintain the connection. I needed this reminder that conflict can be necessary for peace. Amazing timing. Thank you.

Such a beautiful unique piece of wisdom you have brought us! I truly felt like this spoke to my soul! In a way I have been experiencing so much in my everyday life that chaos just seems to be my new normal. Leaving me with no energy to create as I once did when I was younger. Just the other day I was thinking about what had happened and how I have done to kill my creative muse. Turning this message into a โhere it isโ moment for me because I being trying to find the reason why I been feeling so โgrayโ? That part in the beginning is why I always tell my friends it's human to experience negative emotions too and that they're allowed to feel them and to express them (as long as it doesn't harm anyone else ofc). Apollo encourages me to do the same since before he came into my life I had a tendency to dismiss everything lol
