Why would I need help from people who aren't on my level? That's like a surgeon asking the custodian to scrub in and assist him in surgery. People want to be included in others success so bad with out knowing a single thing about them. I collaborate with people in my field, at my school, and at my job. People who have dedicated years to their craft. Not just some random off the street who wants to feel like he is part of something. I can't stand when people try to force "teamwork" or "community" in situations just to make a Facebook post about instead of getting actual meaningful work done.
