Hey I dont mean to be that person but recently my cockatiel died and was constantly puffed up and slept a lot along with being unbalanced and this kinda just seems like the same thing he was doing. I’d hate for someone to have to go through the same thing I did so please keep an eye on your parrot and maybe even take your parrot to a vet.
