These packages reach the warehouse with NO customer name, NO full name, or NO customer code on it. So when we scan it, it can't go to yuh name. It goes to UNKNOWN. So what to do? If yuh have proof of delivery seh it reach wi warehouse, message wi with: 1️⃣ Yuh FULL tracking number — the WHOLE thing, nothing can't miss 2️⃣ Yuh full name as it is pan yuh F&J account 3️⃣ Sometimes yuh invoice, so wi can check the address that was on it Wi use that tracking number to search through the unknown list. Once wi find it, wi submit it to link it back to YOUR account. That process normally takes a few days, then it prepares for shipment to Jamaica. But yuh can AVOID this completely: ✅ Always use YUH name — even if somebody a send it on yuh behalf, tell dem use YOUR name, not theirs ✅ Always include yuh COMPLETE customer code — that is what ties the package to YOU ✅ Double check before yuh checkout When the name + code correct, the package scans straight to yuh name.
