It’s horrible! I’ve had it my whole pregnancy. I got an SI/girdle pain belt, and it helps a good bit. I’m also starting pelvic floor therapy with a professional!!

SI JOINT BAND NOT A REGULAR BELLY BAND!!! I went through so many bands, started PT for the pain, and they suggested this. Major game changer! I’m at least function now lol

Request pelvic floor therapy. It seems silly, but the improvement I’ve had in 2 weeks is insane. I can put my pants on, roll over, and walk a lot longer. I’m currently 32 weeks with my 3rd!

No one told me that sleeping with a pregnancy pillow and your legs/knees separated all night can actually make the pain WORSE. I stopped sleeping with one and it disappeared over night. Also the kea baby belly support band on Amazon is 10/10

My OB basically said “yeah, unfortunately that’s normal. Have you tried wearing a belly band?” lol ma’am I started the conversation by saying my belly band isn’t helping 😩 I love when I can finally crawl into bed but getting up every 2 hours to pee is literal torture. I wish I had actual advice, but I’m commenting to hopefully come back to the comments for help myself! 💓

PELVIC FLOOR PHYSICAL THERAPY. I cried to my ob for MONTHS and finally took it upon my OWN REFERRAL and PT has changed my life girl. My pelvis was out of alignment by a whole inch. I still have soreness, pregnancy is pregnancy after all, but girl get you some PT asap 🙏

Get a sciatica belt from Amazon and get into pelvic floor therapy asap. Stop all isolated leg movements. You’re a mermaid now keep your legs together getting out of the car, bed, ect. I’m so sorry it’s the worst I couldn’t walk for weeks, but I swear by the belt. It reduces the pain to where I could at least walk a little with it
