@tallahasseedemocrat: A 15-year-old boy has been arrested in connection with the Oct. 24 mass shooting outside Bragg Stadium after Florida A&M University's homecoming game that injured 11 people. Anthony Rivers III was arrested Oct. 25 and faces 11 counts of attempted homicide and one count of possession of a firearm by a delinquent, according to the Tallahassee Police Department. The Tallahassee Democrat names minors charged with violent offenses.
