Let me tell you something! I too can walk and have a wheelchair. Just because I can walk doesn’t mean I don’t need a chair. The disabled are being bullied left and right especially in car parks. I’ve had “pip sticks shouted at me. I use crutches to walk to me car and get out of boot my chair. I then get shouted benefits fraud and it’s a miracle she can walk. Now maybe this guy is milking the system maybe he’s not. But remember what you see doesn’t give you the right to be judgemental about what you think you see.
